Active Tutoring is a multilanguage portal to support RETUNER’s Partners and their End User Customers This tool enables automatic license control, software distribution, digital training and support. Active Tutoring trains and guides the operator in the use of the on-board software
while he/she is working, indicating the best way to proceed and advising how to exploit the various features according to the process underway..
DIGITAL PROXIMITY SERVICES: NEW UX FOR SHOP FLOOR OPERATORS
Retuner® DIGITAL PROXIMITY SERVICES are designed to actively support the operators and to become a real traction for the shop-floor digitization. SMARTEdge5.0 Next Generation uses specific algorithms to manage real-time processes at the machine boards integrating enabling technologies, such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence.
Retuner® thus becomes a platform aimed at offering new digital UX to the shop floor operators. At EMO 2023 we unveiled a web App for products and processes quality control available via smart glasses.
