“SCM TURKEY” OPENING
With the opening of the new SCM Turkey Subsidiary, the Italian Group further strengthens its presence in the East Mediterranean market with a highly specialised team of technicians and sales engineers. The objective is to provide Turkish woodworking businesses with even more direct, extensive and all-round assistance.
SCM, global leading producer of secondary woodworking machinery, further strengthens its presence in the Turkish market with the opening of SCM Turkey (SCM Türkiye), located in the Istanbul area.
The investment in this new Subsidiary, with 100% Italian capital as of 2021, is aimed at providing direct, widespread sales and technical assistance to all the businesses in the industry, from the artisan right up to major industries, and at each stage of customer relations, from pre to after-sales.
SCM has served the Turkısh market for many years, working with the most important distributor companies of the country, in order to supply a wide variety of products and services for all the woodworking application sectors: furniture industry, windows and doors production, timber construction and artisan businesses.
The new opening of SCM Turkey is a further step forward in this long time partnership and has been conceived to meet the requirements of an ever growing and even more specialised market.

SCM will officially present the new commercial project for the Turkish market in collaboration with the dealer Teknomak at the next Woodtech Woodworking Machinery Fair, to be held from 9 to 13 October at Tüyap Exhibition and Congress Center, in Istanbul (Hall 2, booth 224).
