With this plan, Show Management will arrange an on-site bilingual staff for exhibitors. He/she will be stationed at on-site booth to help exhibitors conduct sales activity.

2. Set up a virtual booth for actual business meetings.

Exhibitors will set up virtual booths at Online Meeting Platform as well as their booths at the real exhibition.

3. Get online visitors information as well.

Just as you can receive business cards from potential customers at physical exhibitions, Show Management will provide you information about potential customers who have downloaded your brochures at virtual exhibitions after the show. Exhibitors can fully use these data to conduct sales as well.

4. Advantages of physical exhibitions will be retained.

Since most buyers prefer to try out the products on-site before making an offer, exhibitors can still display products on-site and have face-to-face meeting with on-site visitors.
