The initiative, promoted together with ARVET, COFEARFE, IVACE + i Internacional, and ASEMAD, will facilitate personalized meeting schedules to generate new business opportunities and commercial partnerships during the trade fair.
FIMMA + Maderalia’s B2B business meetings are integrated into the European Enterprise Europe Network to multiply international business opportunities.
Valencia, June 23, 2026. – Internationalization and business generation will once again be among the main pillars of the next edition of FIMMA + Maderalia with the launch of a new edition of the “B2B Meetings,” an initiative designed to connect exhibiting companies with buyers, distributors, specifiers, and international professionals interested in the wood, carpentry, decoration, interior design, technology, and materials sectors.
Under the slogan “Connecting Industry Leaders,” this activity is open to all exhibitors and professional visitors attending FIMMA + Maderalia 2026 and is supported by ARVET (Spanish Association of Exporting Companies), COFEARFE (Federation of Spanish Hardware and DIY Manufacturers), IVACE + i Internacional, and ASEMAD, the regional carpentry employers’ association of the Valencian Community.
The program will take place over two days of the trade fair through a dedicated digital platform that will allow participants to identify potential business partners, request meetings, and create a personalized agenda based on their business interests.
Once registered, both exhibitors and visitors will be able to send and receive requests for professional meetings which, once accepted, will result in tailor-made, face-to-face meetings lasting approximately 20 minutes and designed to maximize business opportunities.
The main objective of the “B2B Meetings” is to promote business cooperation and the creation of high-value professional networks by facilitating direct contact between companies and potential clients or collaborators from different international markets.
Among the benefits of this initiative are the ability to identify new business opportunities, detect emerging trends, open new avenues for commercial collaboration, generate international synergies, and increase the visibility of participating companies in new markets and among future clients.
In addition, this tool has become one of the most effective instruments in recent editions for enhancing the commercial return on participation in the trade fair, enabling companies to optimize their time and hold pre-arranged meetings with contacts aligned with their business objectives.
Participation in the business meetings requires, first, registration as a professional visitor to FIMMA + Maderalia 2026. Interested parties may then register on the dedicated “B2B Meetings” platform, where they will have access to the list of participants and meeting management tools.
Registration to participate in the business meetings is now available through the initiative’s official platform at this link, and participation is completely free for both exhibitors and visitors to FIMMA + Maderalia.
These meetings are part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the largest European support network for SMEs, promoted by the European Commission to foster competitiveness, innovation, and business internationalization.
Through this integration, the FIMMA + Maderalia initiative expands its international reach thanks to a network comprising more than 400 dissemination nodes across Europe and strategic markets worldwide, facilitating the participation of buyers, distributors, specifiers, and potential business partners from different countries.
This European support helps increase opportunities for business collaboration, promotes access to new markets, and encourages the creation of strategic alliances among participating companies, consolidating FIMMA + Maderalia as one of the leading business and internationalization platforms for the wood, furniture, and wood-processing technology industries.
