The FIMMA Organizing Committee confirms the positive expectations in the machinery and technology sector, with space reservations exceeding 85% of the planned 20,000 square meters.
The event will launch its FIMMA VIP Buyers program for major national buyers, with special emphasis on the timber construction sector, which will be one of the main attractions of the next edition of FIMMA + Maderalia.
València, March 6, 2026.- The machinery is already in motion for FIMMA + Maderalia. The machinery, technology, and mechanical solutions sector will be one of the main protagonists of the next edition of the FIMMA + Maderalia biennial, to be held from November 10 to 13.
This was recently confirmed by the Organizing Committee of the International Fair of Machinery and Tools for Furniture, Carpentry, and Construction (FIMMA), chaired by businessman Santi Riera, which also confirmed the positive trends observed at the beginning of the year with a high level of reservation of the planned exhibition space.
In this regard, with less than a year remaining before the event, reservations of exhibition space already exceed 85% of the planned 20,000 square meters, a figure that consolidates the climate of confidence and dynamism currently experienced by the industry. This high level of early occupancy reflects the strong interest from both national and international manufacturers and technology companies in participating in an event that has become a benchmark for innovation, competitiveness, and internationalization in the sector.
The market response also confirms the success of the joint FIMMA + Maderalia format, which offers a comprehensive view of the entire value chain of wood, furniture, and equipment. It should be noted that FIMMA will occupy two pavilions on Level 2 of Feria Valencia, while the Maderalia section will be located on Level 3 of the Valencia exhibition venue, with direct connection between both exhibitions.
The Organizing Committee also addressed, among other issues, one of the main new features of the upcoming edition: the launch of the “FIMMA VIP Buyers” program, aimed at senior executives and production managers at the national level, designed to attract strategic professional profiles and generate real business opportunities for exhibitors.
This program will include, among other benefits, hotel nights, hotel–fair–hotel transfers, VIP entry, parking, and cloakroom services, and will place special emphasis on the timber construction sector, one of the areas with the greatest projection and growth in the current context of transition toward more sustainable and industrialized construction models.
Timber construction, together with process digitalization, automation, energy efficiency, and innovation in materials and technical solutions, will be one of the main attractions of FIMMA + Maderalia 2026. The event will thus strengthen its role as a commercial, technological, and knowledge platform at a key moment for the evolution of the sector.
The Organizing Committee emphasized that these figures “confirm the market’s confidence and the real interest in participating in a fair that not only showcases products but also drives business, networking, and a vision for the future,” explained Committee President Santi Riera, who stressed that “the industry has in FIMMA a unique business platform to showcase all our capacity for innovation.”
With these expectations, FIMMA + Maderalia is beginning to finalize an edition that will be marked by high exhibition quality, a professional visitor profile, and an agenda aligned with the major challenges facing the industry.
