Launching in April 2021, EuroBLECH Digital Innovation Series 2021 will provide an essential marketplace and business platform for the international sheet metal working industry. EuroBLECH Digital Innovation Series will deliver a set of targeted curated digital events and offers exhibitors the opportunity to introduce new products and machines as well as feature their latest developments and innovations.
An important part of the EuroBLECH Digital Innovation event from 27 – 28 April 2021 will be a series of webinars, covering the main topic of Forming Technology including Sheet Metal Products & Materials as well as Tool Technology.

The aim is to address challenges and to provide fresh inspiration, ideas of boosting productivity and efficiency, increasing margins and presenting new technology solutions. Speakers will share up-to-the minute insight, knowledge and best practice, which attendees can take back and apply to their organisations. Presentations and talks will be in English and must provide clear actionable takeaways.
Abstracts should include:
- Title: a short and informative title with familiar terms
- Objectives/Scope: list the objectives and/or scope of the proposed presentation. Results, Observations, Conclusions: describe the results, observations, and conclusions of the proposed presentation
- No Sales Pitches! The webinar program aims to provide educational insights and practical takeaways for the audience.
Abstract requirements:
- Written in English and should contain no more than 400 words.
- Data in the abstract and final presentation must be technically correct.
- The abstract and final presentation may present information about equipment and tools but should avoid undue commercialism and extensive use of trade names.
- Prior to paper proposal submission, management clearance must be obtained. Any issues concerning clearance should be outlined when the paper proposal is submitted.
- Publication or presentation history: If material in your presentation has been published, presented, or accepted for publication or presentation, this must be disclosed in your proposal during submission process.
For selected abstracts:
- Authors of accepted paper proposals will be notified w/c 22 March 2021
- Detailed instructions on the preparation of the presentations will be sent once an abstract has been accepted
- Authors will be required to provide the video presentation in its final form by no later than 09 April 2021.
- An agreement to produce and supply a video presentation to EuroBLECH 2021 carries an obligation to participate in the event, including the live Q&A session associated with their presentation.
