Today, we would like to invite you most cordially to join us in ushering in the next round of the HARTING Experts Camp (autumn kick-off):
We started very successfully in May with this format – and now we would like to present you once again the latest developments and solutions revolving around the topic of "Connectivity Technologies".
Please register here:
EMEA & Asia: https://www.harting.com/DE/en-gb/node/25646
North America: https://www.harting.com/US/en/node/25646
Together with the management of our business operating areas, Detlef Sieverdingbeck, Head of Corporate Communications & Branding (CCB), is looking forward to dialoguing with you. The whole event is designed as a web seminar and a "live expert panel":
What can you expect?
#1 Advanced Connectivity:
The future of manufacturing lies in highly flexible, modular systems. Modern digital production plants and facilities require corresponding infrastructures that are
able to transport data quickly and securely.
As a result, the connector is being "rethought" and subject to a metamorphosis. The connector is gaining a new face – and with it new functionalities. We would like to talk about what role the connector will play as the future’s communication medium in the manufacturing arena.
One salient example is the "Technology Game Changer" DC Industry.
In order to equip this application area with expedient installation technology, HARTING is advancing technology concepts for higher levels of personal protection and plant protection, among other things. HARTING is actively involved in the relevant committees in order to achieve a sufficient standard for the safety of the plug connection. We will show you what opportunities lie in DC transmission and what effects this has on the product portfolio.
#2 Advanced Ethenet:
Digitalisation and the Internet of Things continue to drive us forward and are also shaping the development of infrastructures and networks. The more data we have, the more appropriate solutions are needed to cope with the resulting data volumes. In addition, the respective IIoT infrastructures are becoming increasingly compact and smaller. Performance, however, must not decline. Quite on the contrary, it must meet the constantly rising demands made on performance.
Consequently, the technology and the Single Pair Ethernet ecosystem as such play a special role for us here. With 1Gbit/s over just one pair of copper wires, SPE is a definite driver of digitalisation at the field level. This provides continuous communication in real time, including power supply without media discontinuity –from the cloud all the way through to the sensor.
We would love to convince, surprise and inspire you.
