One example of our technology is iGiotto, the vertical spray coating solution. At FRONTALE 2020 we will showcase this machine complete with tracking software to establish the optimum trajectories for greater efficiency and enable the machine to run without downtime for programming procedures. Spraying with two guns also speeds up the process making it possible to coat the frame in just one step. Beyond the benefits of automatic programming which avoids manual trajectory definition, easy loading also helps operators avoid the physical stress involved. And when the equipment is in standby mode, you save up to 90% on energy costs without hot air ventilation. Energy savings also reach 50 and 60% in the new energy-saving mode.
LineFlow is our new impregnating machine, another recently developed technology on show at the exhibition. Working on unassembled window frames, this solution treats the edges which are usually unexposed to impregnation. LineFlow reduces sanding times because the impregnation is accomplished automatically on freshly processed wood. Again, sustainability is at the forefront with zero solvents, no energy dispersion and savings due to shorter processing times. Colour changes are also simplified.
DryFlow is the drying oven on show designed to process pieces issuing from the impregnating machine. Thanks to high speed hot air, it enhances efficiency for water-based paints cutting evaporation times.
