On Tuesday, October 14th, SICAM will host the fourth edition of the Kyiv International Furniture Summit, a highly valuable event focusing on the reconstruction of Ukraine. The discussion will highlight how design and the furniture industry can contribute to reviving communities and territories, with a focus on customized solutions, sustainability, and the international project Ukraine: Rebuild Green 2030.

For the 2025 edition of SICAM, ADI Friuli Venezia Giulia and SICAM are strengthening their collaboration by organizing a conference entitled “Excellences in Comparison”, aimed at highlighting the synergies between higher education and the industrial realities of the region. The initiative will involve students, professors, companies, and visitors to the fair, offering an overview of design and manufacturing excellence, opportunities for collaboration, and innovative projects jointly developed between universities and enterprises. Among the key contributions, Francesca Valan will present an example of collaboration between ISIA and a confectionery company, while the Viridixima studio will showcase innovative approaches to regenerative and biomimetic design, enriching the debate. The conference will provide an opportunity to enhance young talent and promote local excellence through the ADI FVG network.
The Pordenone fuorisalone returns for its third edition with events, concerts, tastings, and gatherings that will animate the city during the fair days. A celebration open to everyone, a true fuorisalone showcasing the stories and excellences of a territory where furniture is not the only tradition.
