Is there a way to spray complex shapes without having to sit and program a robot for hours?

iGiotto is an anthropomorphic robot that sprays products just like a skilled operator, but uses less lacquer and always does it the same way.

You don’t need special programming skills to teach iGiotto how to coat each piece.

You just show the robot by using a tool called T-Mate.

Start by spraying the product manually with T-Mate, choosing the best trajectories, then push-button upload the data to iGiotto.

Let iGiotto first copy, then optimise the trajectories you used. The software will define the best parameters, so that you use less lacquer and complete coating faster.

You can always fine-tune the recipe if you feel it can be improved, and once the parameters are set, the result will always be totally consistent.
