València, July 14, 2026.- The new Industrialized Construction Exhibition continues to establish itself as one of the major new features of the upcoming edition of FIMMA + Maderalia. Four months before the event, the exhibition is continuing to expand its commercial offering by adding leading companies from the sector while preparing a program that will combine innovation, business, architecture, and knowledge sharing, making it one of the event’s main attractions for architects, developers, builders, engineering firms, specifiers, and industry professionals.

Located on Level 3 of Hall 3 at Feria Valencia, the exhibition will bring together a broad representation of companies specializing in industrialized solutions, timber construction, machinery, technology, materials, and advanced building systems, creating a unique showcase of the latest trends in a sector that is transforming the way Europe builds.

Companies that have already confirmed their participation include Finsa, SCM, XLAM Dolomiti, Knapp, Essetre, Biohaus, Topform, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), Tallfusta, Quide Group, Carmowood, Maderas Obiols, Treewhood, RedVerde Bioconstrucción, Piveteau Bois, Corkseal, Servicanto, and Yubero y Belmonte, forming an exhibitor lineup that will continue to grow in the coming weeks.

Distrito Xilo, the Industry’s Main Meeting Point

One of the exhibition’s major highlights will be Distrito Xilo Club Madera, an initiative promoted by Club Madera with the collaboration of Finsa, conceived as an open space to foster professional networking, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities among all stakeholders across the timber construction value chain.

A Timber Structure More Than Five Meters High

At the heart of this space will be the Club Madera Traveling Pavilion, an 18-meter-long, five-meter-wide structure reaching up to 5.5 meters in height, developed together with the renowned British practice Waugh Thistleton Architects and built with the participation of fifteen companies from the sector.

The installation will allow visitors to experience the complete timber construction process, from the origin of the raw material to the finished building, showcasing the various industrialized systems, materials, and construction solutions that make this new building model possible.

Surrounding the pavilion will be the Xilo Nodes, modules built entirely from timber and designed to facilitate both the exhibition of solutions and business meetings and the exchange of expertise between companies and professionals.

The overall space will also include an area for conferences, workshops, and lounge spaces, as well as a spectacular multi-story timber house that will enable visitors to experience firsthand the architectural and technical possibilities offered by industrialized construction.
